Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with a HR Partner to deliver the people strategy for a business area, providing operational HR support and identifying people risks and opportunities.
  • •Coach and support managers to build high-performing, engaged teams and foster a positive working environment.
  • •Independently manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, flexible working, and performance cases (with ER Partner escalation as needed).
  • •Support managers with workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and employee engagement challenges.
  • •Support workforce planning, talent development and retention initiatives, and organisational change activity including restructures, consultations and TUPE.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • •Experience independently managing employee relations cases.
  • •Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience supporting organisational change, including TUPE and restructuring activity.
