  • •Lead end-to-end project management and construction management from initiation through closeout.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • •Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, milestones, monitoring frameworks, and KPIs.
  • •Monitor project performance against KPIs and provide regular project reporting to leadership and clients.
