Build and scale end-to-end QA for product localization work, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to find automation opportunities and application faults. Develop and maintain QA tools, frameworks, and test procedures, including exploratory and manual testing when needed. Design robust test plans/cases, implement CI/CD-integrated automation scripts, and support performance testing. Communicate quality metrics, results, and risks clearly while staying current with emerging QA technologies.

•Work with Engineering and Product teams to identify automation opportunities and application faults.
•Develop and maintain QA tools and frameworks to support automated testing.
•Write and maintain automation scripts integrated into applications.
•Create and document comprehensive test plans and test cases; execute exploratory, usability, and manual tests when needed.
•Support complex end-to-end automated testing and performance tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines while communicating quality metrics, results, and risks.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
•Experience with REST APIs and end-to-end, contract, load, and chaos testing.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript) and in Git/version control workflows.
•Basic experience/knowledge with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and S3.
