Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Technology Development to align future technology and model of record requirements with the manufacturing roadmap.
  • •Partner with Technology Development and Manufacturing on supplier engagement to ensure resources meet Micron’s strategic objectives.
  • •Work with Manufacturing to improve performance and enable customer qualification as new products are introduced.
  • •Coordinate with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met.
  • •Engage internally and externally with suppliers to align priorities with operations objectives and develop benchmarking knowledge to support process/hardware optimization.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshooting, experimental design, and data analysis skills.
  • •Experience with hardware used for semiconductor processing and semiconductor manufacturing areas such as Etch, Films, or Planarization.
  • •Understanding of process control, statistics for engineering, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • •Understanding of solid-state device physics and process integration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
