Head – Shared Services

Lead and optimize shared services finance functions across a luxury hospitality group in the UAE, overseeing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, credit policy design, cash flow/treasury coordination, and vendor management. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, drive process improvements, ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
