Key Responsibilities

•Collaborates on customer project delivery, operating under supervision and handling projects with small, localized scope, and low levels of risk.
•Assist in managing project finances and coordinate with client and account team personnel.
•Provide subject matter support across project management knowledge areas to aid project success.
•Maintain ongoing business operations with customers by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, engineering, and product/program management.
•Demonstrate knowledge and usage of standard project management methodologies and programs.
•Analyze complex business and systems processes to address customer issues efficiently.
•Identify tasks and research, determine dependencies, and communicate expectations to team members.
•Provide support to the customer project delivery team, potentially taking the lead in predefined areas.
•Apply foundational PM principles and provide regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
•Support priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
•Typically 5 years of work experience, preferably in project management or related field
•Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP
•Knowledge of Agile Methodology and PMI/PMI-based processes
•Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project documentation
