Oversee back-office store operations, ensuring efficient customer service, order processing, reservations and aftersales. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee back-office customer service management and ensure follow-up on customer services, including handling customer contacts, complaints, reservations, requests, and post-sales actions.
•Collaborate with sales teams to optimize back-office follow-up of services and improve efficiency of store IT tools for customer service and orders.
•Monitor and improve performance of service-related operations, including tracking conversion rates and lead times in aftersales and repair lifecycles.
•Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, including till controls and accuracy of cash handling and reporting.
•Lead HR and store administration duties, including staff rosters, training, and development to meet Hermes standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of working experience
•Significant previous management experience in administrative / operations position, preferably in Retail environment
•Very organized, rigorous and reliable, able to organize his/her work autonomously and to anticipate
•Proficient with Excel / IT tools
•Language: English fluency (written and oral)
