Supervisor Distribution Center

Lead the daily operations of a grocery distribution center, managing a team of 15–20 supervisors across a geographical area. Oversee in-store order fulfillment (pick, pack, and handover to riders), ensure strict food handling and packing SOP compliance, and drive best-in-class operational metrics. Coordinate with customer care and rider teams, develop efficient store workflows, manage rostering and performance coaching, and partner with 3PLs on picker recruitment, training, and results.
