Job Summary

Lead and shape assigned pop-culture shows as flagship regional events, driving growth by exceeding revenue targets through strategic planning and innovation. Analyze event performance and collaborate cross-functionally across Content, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Guest Relations to improve next-year programming. Own budgets and oversee event execution with internal and service teams, manage stakeholders and vendors, and travel as needed to deliver seamless onsite experiences.

•Position and elevate assigned shows as flagship events by leading strategic vision and growth to maintain their regional presence.
•Pitch and implement new show features, partnerships, and activations that drive excitement and ticket sales.
•Analyze event performance and collaborate with departments (Content, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Guest Relations) to propose improvements for next year.
•Oversee event readiness and execution, driving timelines, coordinating shared services, and managing stakeholders, venues, hotels, sponsors, and exhibitors.
•Own event budgets, manage vendor sourcing and costs, and travel as needed to lead onsite event management.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000

•College or university degree in Event Management, Business Management, or Project Management.
•5+ years of event management experience.
•Extensive experience managing large P&L budgets and driving revenue growth.

•Ability to work remotely during planning and to work evenings/weekends during event dates.
