Key Responsibilities

•Support the Controlling Manager in the execution and monitoring of financial controlling activities across the LATAM Cluster.
•Coordinate and support statutory audit processes, working closely with the Audit Coordinator and external audit firms to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
•Collaborate with external auditors and local advisors to ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
•Follow up on audit requests and open items, ensuring proper tracking, resolution, and adherence to deadlines.
•Support the monthly closing and corporate reporting processes for the cluster, with direct involvement in 2 of the 6 markets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•5 years of experience in financial controlling, external audit (Big 4), or a similar role within an international company.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and solid understanding of statutory and audit processes.
•Experience supporting or coordinating statutory audits.
•Strong English (written and spoken) communication skills; experience in retail or multinational environments is a plus.
