Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual sustainability reporting process from planning through publication, coordinating reviews with stakeholders across global operations.
  • •Conduct materiality assessments and benchmarking research, and develop recommendations and roadmaps for emerging disclosure requirements.
  • •Coordinate responses to sustainability surveys, customer requests, rating agency and investor inquiries.
  • •Implement and improve ESG data governance, disclosure controls, and management review processes; transform sustainability reporting tools to improve data quality and automation.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability reporting frameworks and assurance readiness, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • •7–8+ years of progressively senior experience in sustainability reporting, environmental management, or health & safety management systems, with people leadership experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, ESRS, TNFD, GRI, SASB, CDP, and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience supporting audit engagements, management systems, and control processes.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, plus strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
