Key Responsibilities

  • •Be our subject-matter expert on global e-invoicing regulation.
  • •Write content (blog posts, docs) on e-invoicing regulation.
  • •Support product, engineering, sales, and support teams with regulatory insight.
  • •Own and improve Invopop’s internal regulatory knowledge base.
  • •Define the country launch roadmap & lead the regulatory side of every launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in indirect tax / VAT or a similar regulatory domain.
  • •Native or bilingual English; Spanish is not required.
  • •Strong writing skills; ability to turn dense regulation into actionable guidance.
  • •Based in Madrid (location requirement) and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • •Nice to have: experience with e-invoicing/e-reporting frameworks; comfort with technical products (APIs, ERPs, billing systems); startup/scale-up experience.
