Job Summary

Own regional procurement payment processes by monitoring SLA-driven performance, payment metrics, and compliance with company procurement policies. Identify and assess latent payment risks, partnering with internal control to define controls and reduce compliance risk. Drive process standardization and automation improvements, collaborate on cross-functional (finance/internal control) action plans, and support project/program coordination. Lead vendor-related coordination for POC and BPO vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize procurement payment processes, including standard operating processes and SLA assessment metrics for standardization and efficiency.
•Use systems and tools to identify automation opportunities and increase the proportion of automated operations to improve staff efficiency.
•Monitor payment metrics through data analysis and reporting, regularly submit reports, and feed back improvement suggestions.
•Identify and assess latent payment-process risks, and work with internal control to develop corresponding control measures.
•Support cross-functional planning and project execution, coordinate resources, and assist in managing BPO vendors in collaboration with operations and procurement teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Demonstrate logical, data-driven problem analysis and task decomposition, with self-motivation and the ability to handle stress and change.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams, listen, build consensus, and achieve shared goals.
•Team management and leadership skills to motivate members toward common objectives.
•3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance; familiarity with centralized procurement payment systems and processes is preferred.
