Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize procurement payment processes, including standard operating processes and SLA assessment metrics for standardization and efficiency.
  • •Use systems and tools to identify automation opportunities and increase the proportion of automated operations to improve staff efficiency.
  • •Monitor payment metrics through data analysis and reporting, regularly submit reports, and feed back improvement suggestions.
  • •Identify and assess latent payment-process risks, and work with internal control to develop corresponding control measures.
  • •Support cross-functional planning and project execution, coordinate resources, and assist in managing BPO vendors in collaboration with operations and procurement teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Demonstrate logical, data-driven problem analysis and task decomposition, with self-motivation and the ability to handle stress and change.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams, listen, build consensus, and achieve shared goals.
  • •Team management and leadership skills to motivate members toward common objectives.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance; familiarity with centralized procurement payment systems and processes is preferred.
