Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with complex conditions using evidence-based practice and advanced clinical reasoning.
  • •Formulate physiotherapy treatment programs, prognoses, and discharge plans; test, measure, and document patient function and progress.
  • •Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures in the section/department/facility.
  • •Maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring safe/competent use of equipment (including electrotherapy, gym, pool) and supporting infection control and clinical audits.
  • •Manage patient-related logistics as required, including maintaining adequate supplies/inventory, traveling with patients when required, and performing home physiotherapy if needed.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •NLT 2 years as a Physiotherapist in a large hospital with relevant experience treating patients with the same diagnosis in acute care or rehab facilities.
  • •Wide background preferred (e.g., ICU, acute medical/surgical) with 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based, comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • •Ability to supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to section/department/facility policies and procedures.
  • •Competence in safe and competent use of electrotherapy and other patient equipment, with appropriate documentation and quality/safety compliance.
