Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Review contract documents for risk, develop mitigation plans, and manage change orders including facilitating quotes and closing orders.
  • •Financially manage projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, collections support, reporting analysis, backlog review, and applied cost reconciliation.
  • •Oversee subcontractors by managing the RFQ process, awarding subcontracts, and monitoring subcontractor execution.
  • •Lead project administration across scope/cost/schedule validation, compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, and development/maintenance of project schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management, or a relevant degree (Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management).
  • •Experience leading teams across different technical skill levels.
  • •Familiarity executing as a third-tier contractor, with experience working with building owners a plus.
  • •Strong resource/manpower planning skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (e.g., DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension).
