Contracting Project Manager

Lead controls projects from start to finish as the established stakeholder point of contact, managing project administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Own project financial performance (cash flow, forecasts, backlog reviews, and cost reconciliation), review contract documents for risk and manage change orders. Oversee subcontractor RFQs and execution, coordinate with technicians on schedules and control submittals, and ensure scope, cost, schedule, compliance, documentation, and safety requirements are met.
