Join the Roland Berger AI Lab to build reliable, secure full-stack systems for agentic and LLM-enabled applications. Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement APIs, core domain logic, and integrations for agentic and LLM-enabled applications
•Enable evaluation and fine-tuning workflows and support robust deployment from proof of value to scale
•Build and wire front ends for agentic systems, ensuring strong UX, logging, monitoring, tracing, and scalability patterns
•Collaborate with DevOps, architects, and GenAI engineers to deliver secure, reliable full-stack systems
•Apply responsible AI guardrails by design and maintain clean interfaces, robust testing, clear documentation, and ownership

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
•4+ years building production-level full-stack code with strong software engineering fundamentals
•Proficiency across backend (Python, REST API design, GraphQL, MCP, async/event-driven programming, performance tuning), frontend (React, Next.js), and databases (Redis, Postgres)
•Ability to build secure, scalable architectures with logging, monitoring, tracing, and service reliability best practices
•Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment/delivery (Azure preferred)
