Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop, and implement the data strategy across operations, including data cleansing and organization, data infrastructure development, and data exploitation for decision-making.
  • •Identify industrial data needs across the industrial development and execution life cycle and integrate the deployment strategy into simulation chains connected to digital ecosystems.
  • •Lead operations ontology and data model definition to ensure traceability across FU.IN and FU.PD value changes and interfaces with DV, SOURCE, and Quality.
  • •Lead the business data governance operating model (roles, policies, processes, governance structure) and empower a data-use culture across other business areas.
  • •Support definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Processes, Methods & Tools within Industrialization and Produce & Deliver, including universal data model definition and end-user support.

Key Requirements

  • •Desirable knowledge of end-to-end processes for manufacturing/operations engineering extended enterprise, covering the industrialization phase.
  • •Working background in the aerospace industry and experience in manufacturing engineering is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of AIRBUS Group divisions (e.g., Comercial, ADS).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an organized and structured working style.
  • •Demonstrate customer orientation and the ability to act as a role model on technical topics in industrialization processes.
