Maintenance Field Planner

Join Alcoa’s Pinjarra Refinery operations centre as an experienced Maintenance Field Planner, coordinating major maintenance activities through a structured 5-week planning cycle. You’ll balance current and predicted equipment condition, plan routine and ad-hoc maintenance, schedule resources across departments, and support maintenance budgeting and cost control. The role also contributes to continuous improvement via the Reliability Excellence process, working Monday to Friday with autonomy.
