Project Engineer

Work onsite with the Manufacturing Engineering team to drive plant and project execution for new and changed products. Implement deviations and change notices in SAP, lead cross-functional teams, manage plant budget and engineering documentation release, track product costs and savings, and develop robust manufacturing processes using PFMEA and lean concepts. Coordinate sample builds, ensure quality assurance requirements and equipment documentation, and manage risks, communication, and product/engineering changes.
