Key Responsibilities

•Lead multi-disciplinary teams to the successful completion of major hydropower projects, focusing on client communication and delivery
•Lead the pursuit of major hydropower projects, leading proposals and engaging with clients
•Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning with business development strategies and technical capabilities
•Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and address feedback on team performance
•Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of hydropower energy infrastructure and mentor junior staff

Key Requirements

•BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical or Environmental)
•Chartered status or actively working towards chartership
•Background in civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental or project management experience in the hydropower sector with high technical competence
•Experience leading hydropower projects in hydroelectric design (conventional or pumped storage), construction or commissioning
•Experience developing teams and working with clients and collaborators on an international level
