Key Responsibilities

•Execute pre-payroll QA checks across assigned countries, including input validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation before each payroll run.
•Enforce input cut-off compliance and manage exceptions through the appropriate approval workflow.
•Conduct post-payroll output validation and reconciliation, and log errors in the Error and Incident Log.
•Perform RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), feeding improvements back into QA checklists and SOPs.
•Govern vendor quality by running pre-QA layers, scoring vendor performance quarterly, and reporting KPI results and risk heatmap updates.

Key Requirements

•Validate statutory filings and tax deductions, monitor compliance calendars, and stay current on legislative changes for assigned countries.
