Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute pre-payroll QA checks across assigned countries, including input validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation before each payroll run.
  • •Enforce input cut-off compliance and manage exceptions through the appropriate approval workflow.
  • •Conduct post-payroll output validation and reconciliation, and log errors in the Error and Incident Log.
  • •Perform RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), feeding improvements back into QA checklists and SOPs.
  • •Govern vendor quality by running pre-QA layers, scoring vendor performance quarterly, and reporting KPI results and risk heatmap updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and execute pre-payroll QA checks across assigned countries, including input data validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation.
  • •Enforce input cut-off compliance and manage mandatory field validation and exception escalations through approval workflows.
  • •Perform post-payroll validation and reconciliation, including gross-to-net checks, payslip sampling, payroll vs bank totals, payroll vs Finance GL reconciliation, and accrual validation.
  • •Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for payroll errors and document RCA within required timelines for high/critical issues.
  • •Validate statutory filings and tax deductions, monitor compliance calendars, and stay current on legislative changes for assigned countries.
