Job Summary

Lead digital delivery across AECOM’s hyperscale data center portfolio by implementing and enforcing firmwide BIM standards, BEPs, and coordination workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards, including BEP documentation, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures aligned to industry standards and client requirements.
•Oversee day-to-day BIM production for U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities partners, ensuring adherence to BEP, standards, scope, and agreed Level of Development/Information; track progress and drive timely corrections.
•Conduct regular QA reviews (including visual inspections and clash/coordination reviews), perform model health scoring, triage deficiencies, and escalate persistent/systemic issues.
•Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and project delivery workflows: shared coordinates, clash detection, model lifecycle integration (3D/4D/5D), and monthly BIM KPI reporting with dashboards.
•Build automation roadmaps using Dynamo and Revit API scripts, provide technical support for 3D/2D deliverables, and support content management and asset information management/digital handover.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree + 6 years relevant experience (or Associate’s + 8, or HS Diploma + 10) in BIM/digital delivery, including 2 years leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work.
•Experience establishing and enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the U.S. market and/or on U.S. projects.
•Strong hands-on Revit skills with ability to produce or correct model content across disciplines.
•Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, plus knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, ISO 19650).
•Demonstrated automation capability using Dynamo and Revit API/scripting to deliver measurable process improvements.
