Job Summary

Lead financial reporting for VIVO’s Defence-focused facilities and asset management business, ensuring statutory, regulatory, and shareholder obligations are met. Own treasury activities (including rolling cash flow forecasts), fixed asset and lease accounting under IFRS, VAT/CIS and balance sheet reconciliations, and support external audits. Manage and improve the Purchase to Pay (P2P) team, strengthen financial controls, and drive process automation and continuous improvement across governance and reporting.

•Ensure VIVO meets statutory, regulatory, and shareholder financial reporting obligations, including overseeing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
•Lead treasury activities, including producing rolling cash flow forecasts and managing relationships with banking partners.
•Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting, and manage balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and CIS reporting, and payroll control accounts.
•Lead and develop the Purchase to Pay (P2P) team, improving efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
•Provide technical accounting guidance across the business, supporting IFRS compliance, financial policies, best practice, and strengthening the overall financial control environment.

Key Requirements

•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
•At least three years’ post-qualification experience in financial reporting or financial control.
•Strong technical knowledge of IFRS with experience across statutory accounts, treasury/cash flow management, and external audit and financial governance.
•Experience managing or developing a finance team, including Purchase to Pay (P2P) process knowledge.
•Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly beneficial.
