Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
  • •Support preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
  • •Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances.
  • •Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review and analyze variances to recommend corrective actions.
  • •Work with finance teams on budgets, forecasts, accruals, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and cost-to-complete analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Finance, Construction Management, or related disciplines may also be considered.
  • •5–6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling, or project performance management.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with Power BI (or similar) dashboard/reporting tools.
