Cost Manager - Real Estate

Lead end-to-end commission service delivery by providing effective cost management for real estate projects, including feasibility, cost planning, tendering and procurement, contract administration, valuations, and monthly cost reporting. Support value engineering, negotiate and agree final accounts, and manage post-contract cost variances and change control. Collaborate across client and project stakeholders, and where appropriate, lead and mentor a cost management team.
