Job Summary

Lead regional finance control across ASC Americas, partnering with the Director of Finance and plant/operations leaders to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls (SOX), and compliance. Own monthly/quarterly management reporting, profitability analyses, SG&A reviews, and rolling forecasts. Drive working capital and cash flow performance, support audits, and guide continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a direct report and collaborate on ERP, standard costing, and business process transformation projects.

•Serve as a trusted business partner to the Director of Finance and regional leadership, providing financial guidance and analysis.
•Ensure SOX compliance, internal control standards, and corporate policies; coordinate internal and external audits.
•Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly management reporting, including profitability analysis, SG&A reviews, and rolling forecasts.
•Drive working capital and cash flow performance, including forecasting and monitoring regional cash flow and FX risk mitigation.
•Lead forecasting and annual budgeting for EBIT and OFCF; support operational initiatives, capital investment approvals, and finance transformation projects.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Minimum of seven years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

•Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
•Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder presence.
