Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform research and data analysis on training gaps, needs, and programs effectiveness.
  • •Research on instructional design mythologies, trends, tools, and training technologies
  • •Design and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emergingtechnologies such as: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • •Design and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments on Structured tests, quizzes,interviews, and surveys for training programs.
  • •Collaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot,implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training centers.
  • •Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessmentmaterial is used effectively.
  • •Plan, monitor, and report on the development and execution of curriculum development, evaluation,training technology selection, and deployment projects.
  • •Conduct site visits to training centers to provide feedback and support, and submit site visit reports.
  • •Develop reports and proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Science in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or aTechnical/Trade/Vocational discipline from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or VocationalTraining.
  • •Ability to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-basedlearning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workforce.
