•Mentor and coach Business Operations Associates to support growth and training.
•Serve as Manager on Duty by directing workflow, resolving transaction questions, and addressing customer concerns.
•Delegate and monitor Business Office tasks to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
•Provide exceptional customer service by explaining processes and answering questions.
•Process and audit paperwork for retail sales, appraisals, DMV transactions, and funding documentation, including managing cash operations and following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.2 - 33.9 hourly
