Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC machines to produce flight hardware for program-level production rate goals
  • •Deburr hardware and chase machine cut threads to size, then inspect surface finishes, threads, and broken edges
  • •Borescope parts to check internal defects and debris
  • •Operate clean line equipment, laser part marking, and general part finishing according to requirements
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and maintain shop upkeep (chip bins, oils, greases, 5S), while completing work instructions and test plans
