Regional Manager

Create and lead Fever Originals for Colombia, building and managing a team that develops, launches, and runs events end-to-end. Own the region’s P&L and define growth strategy across departments, using data analysis to grow the local portfolio and improve sales, customer experience, and operational quality. Manage key partnerships, negotiate deals, coach and mentor your team, and represent Fever across cities while reporting performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
