Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and lead a Fever Originals team for Colombia to develop, launch, and manage events end-to-end.
  • •Own the region’s P&L and help define strategy to grow the business and scale experiences across markets.
  • •Audit team performance and ensure members achieve quality and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
  • •Manage the local portfolio of experiences using data analyses to increase market penetration.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, manage partners, negotiate and close deals, and represent Fever at local events while reporting performance.

  • •10+ years project management experience with a startup or consulting background.
  • •MBA from a top-tier school (preferred).
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
