Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the month- and quarter-end product collateral update process, producing quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and risk/performance attribution reporting.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear, compliant product messaging and timely review/approval for client and prospect content.
  • •Support regulatory and governance deliverables, including preparation of fund board materials and prospectus/SAI review support.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for marketing and RFP teams by maintaining accurate product data, managing consultant databases, and supporting RFP/DDQ content and positioning.
  • •Conduct competitive and peer analysis using Morningstar, eVestment, and related resources to inform product positioning and prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of related experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
  • •Experience across equities asset classes and a strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and processes.
  • •Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Morningstar, eVestment, and Bloomberg.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail- and deadline-oriented approach.
  • •Undergraduate degree required; Series 7 and 63 required within 6 months of employment.
