Own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of the inbound sales engine while improving the quality and consistency of the sales floor’s execution. Oversee partner-sourced lead handling, ensure CRM hygiene, and maintain compliant sales knowledge for an AI sales chat assistant.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including conducting 1:1s, coaching performance, and hiring as the team scales.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat; manage no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns for aged and closed-lost opportunities.
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by establishing ownership, follow-up, reporting standards, and tracking partner performance.
•Review recorded calls and demos using a sales scorecard; coach Account Executives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and securing second calls.
•Own the sales knowledge base and the content powering the AI sales chat assistant, ensuring claims are accurate and compliant.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
•Strong CRM discipline and experience working with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
