•Attend training sessions and adhere to the SMASH curriculum structure.
•Facilitate To+Through Workshop sessions (1.5-hour sessions, 2 days/week) alternating between whole group, small group, and individual facilitation.
•Take attendance and communicate absences with Program Director/Coordinator; guide conversations ensuring all voices are heard.
•Log student achievement data weekly and reflect with co-facilitators to ensure outcomes are met.
•Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in post-program deliverables (pre/post assessments, surveys, inventory, etc.).

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience co-facilitating workshops with 15-25 participants (preferably at high school level).
•Commitment to SMASH’s mission and willingness to embrace goals/values.
•Knowledge of 21st Century skills and ability to teach with technology.
•Experience adapting to new technologies via self-guided learning and video tutorials.
•Excellent time management, organizational skills, and dependable collaboration with co-facilitators.
