Job Summary

Lead and coordinate complex, multi-million-dollar major construction projects across New York, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to manage planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Own project control, including scheduling, cost controlling, reporting, scope/schedule/cost performance, and earned value/critical path monitoring. Manage procurement of contractors, develop detailed schedules and risk plans, ensure FERC/NERC compliance, and provide cost-schedule-risk reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout of major substation, line, and gas projects.
•Analyze project performance and take actions to control scope, schedule, and cost; ensure completion within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
•Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (including utilities, regulators, government agencies, consultants, and major customers), and represent the company in regulatory settings when needed.
•Develop and maintain detailed schedules and risk management plans, using methods such as critical path and earned value to monitor progress and drive corrective actions.
•Ensure compliance with FERC, NERC, and applicable regulations; provide executive reporting on cost-schedule-risk and manage procurement efforts for design, construction, and oversight contractors.
