Job Summary

Be the face of the Vans brand by delivering an engaging, customer-first shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions and a customer-first mindset.
•Build sales by modeling selling behaviors and maintaining a consumer-centric approach.

•Support store operations including visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
•Perform cashier duties, assist with loss prevention initiatives as needed, and keep the store clean and organized while following safety and company policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 19.2 hourly

Key Requirements

•0–1 year of relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse group of customers.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
•Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
•Attention to detail and proficiency with basic retail systems and applications; able to perform physical tasks while working on the sales floor.
