Own and improve Canva’s end-to-end Order to Cash and revenue recognition systems, closing gaps between Rev Recognition and O2C decision logic while reducing SOX risk. Lead cross-stakeholder architecture and systems improvement projects spanning NetSuite, Zuora, payment gateways, collections, and downstream reporting. Serve as a technical authority for finance-system impacts, monitoring/controls, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with an emphasis on data integrity and audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop strong understanding of Canva’s end-to-end Order to Cash process and systems, triaging major changes to systems and integrations.
•Own system and process improvement projects across Revenue Platform Engineering, Finance Data Platform, Business Data Platform, Finance Revenue Operations, and external vendors.
•Stay current with changes across the O2C system landscape and assess impacts on financial reporting and underlying business logic.
•Maintain working knowledge of adjacent systems (including sales compensation and general ledger integrations) to ensure data integrity across the finance platform.
•Implement and support SOX/ITGC monitoring controls and audits, and perform troubleshooting/root-cause analysis to deliver permanent solutions.
