Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strong understanding of Canva’s end-to-end Order to Cash process and systems, triaging major changes to systems and integrations.
  • •Own system and process improvement projects across Revenue Platform Engineering, Finance Data Platform, Business Data Platform, Finance Revenue Operations, and external vendors.
  • •Stay current with changes across the O2C system landscape and assess impacts on financial reporting and underlying business logic.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of adjacent systems (including sales compensation and general ledger integrations) to ensure data integrity across the finance platform.
  • •Implement and support SOX/ITGC monitoring controls and audits, and perform troubleshooting/root-cause analysis to deliver permanent solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in finance systems engineering with deep hands-on experience in Order to Cash and revenue recognition; public company/SOX environment experience is highly desirable.
