Job Summary

Lead store floor supervision to create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, ongoing development, and training.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Oversee POS transactions and inventory functions (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) and maintain stockroom organization; drive omni-channel initiatives and customer data capture.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium preferred).
•Ability to communicate with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy, plus comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems; strong English proficiency.
