Key Responsibilities

  • •Speak to stakeholders across the business to understand processes that may not be fully documented.
  • •Investigate how data moves through systems and work out what needs to be monitored, validated or automated.
  • •Use SQL, Python and AI-enabled tools to build scalable automated solutions that were previously unimaginable, including tools to identify and protect vulnerable customers.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand system architecture and support implementation.
  • •Help improve the quality, reliability and scalability of how we identify and prevent operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field or similar
  • •Highly curious, with a strong instinct to dig deeper and understand how systems, processes and data flows work
  • •Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined
  • •Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a practical and structured approach
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to ask good questions and challenge assumptions
