Job Summary

Lead US commercial insights and analytics by connecting data with strategy and execution for hematology and nephrology. Build long- and short-term patient-based and TRx/NBRx forecasting models, translate market signals into portfolio and brand performance recommendations, and deliver decision-ready executive narratives. Partner across marketing leadership, business units, and business operations to identify opportunities, manage risks, evolve analytics tooling, and run monthly/quarterly performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify opportunities and threats by combining data with business context to support timely decisions across the US Commercial organization.
•Lead forecasting by building patient-based long-term and TRx/NBRx short-term models using robust inputs, analogs, and market assumptions.
•Serve as a central expertise point to advise Marketing Leadership, business units, and Business Operations on strategic questions.
•Ensure data rigor through selection of appropriate data sources, industry-leading modeling, and sensitivity analyses.
•Run monthly and quarterly business reviews and deliver agile, high-quality analyses for ad-hoc requests to accelerate decision cycles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 194,571 - 291,856 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or another quantitative field.
•7+ years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Financial Analysis (or equivalent).
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and anticipate commercial trends.
•Experience leading technical teams and individuals across geographies.
•Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior leaders, including translating methodologies and assumptions into decision-ready narratives.
