Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute the global desalination practice strategy, growth direction, and market leadership across key regions.
  • •Lead business development, major pursuit capture strategy oversight, and technical innovation and partnerships to drive practice performance.
  • •Direct and deliver seawater desalination and related treatment work as project director/design manager/technical lead.
  • •Oversee technical and engineering reviews during pursuit stages and build desalination capability through talent identification and recruitment.
  • •Ensure design manager/director delivery excellence for major water infrastructure projects and support consistent project performance monitoring and reporting.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or Chemical preferred).
  • •Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.
  • •Extensive, proven knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technologies, delivery models, and emerging trends.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) project/program development, planning, design, and implementation internationally.
  • •Strong relationships and experience working with clients and potential clients in the global desalination market.
