Member Success Manager

A proactive client-facing role owning a book of ~400 solo entrepreneurs, advising on tax, accounting, payroll, and business operations while driving retention and growth. You’ll educate members on S Corporations and tax strategy, guide quarterly check-ins, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration to improve the overall member experience in a remote US-based environment.
