Own the day-to-day compliance operations for a nonprofit identity network, ensuring onboarding and transaction monitoring cases are resolved to “inbox zero” with near-zero error. Improve workflows to verify nonprofits and payers faster at scale (up to 1,000 cases/day), optimize suspicious activity flagging, and build scalable support through documentation and AI. Deliver compliance trainings and maintain strong relationships with regulators, nonprofits, and the partner bank in a NYC in-person role.
