Job Summary

Senior Finance ERP consultant responsible for discovery, scoping and requirements gathering to design and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for SEA clients. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with clients and internal ERP community, and contributes to project governance while enabling faster value delivery and lower total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Be a leader in the SEA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team, driving finance projects across SEA
•Lead and grow the business by collaborating with practice leadership to solution new projects
•Lead local/nearshore and offshore teams to deliver D365 F&O Finance solutions with successful project outcomes
•Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business processes
•Elicit, document, and validate client requirements using industry experience and best practices
•Own and manage the requirements process including approvals, communication, traceability and reuse
•Lead client workshops, analyze business processes and design solutions for gaps
•Prototype and configure business processes to align with client constraints
•Support key-users during UAT and ensure system meets client expectations

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O as a Finance consultant, with 4+ years as a Finance Lead for F&O
•Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O
•Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
•Experience leading workstreams and collaborating with customer counterparts
•Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders on project status and progress
