Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with a cross-functional Material Handling Product Team to lead and implement solutions that reduce customers’ total cost of ownership.
  • •Solve issues reported by customers and production on existing machine models and implement improvements to operator experience and overall machine performance.
  • •Interact with Marketing, Production, and Aftermarket, and occasionally with customers/customer centers to incorporate feedback into future solutions.
  • •Provide input to product strategy and roadmap and continually improve product availability and quality through improvement suggestions.
  • •Lead troubleshooting investigations in quality and Product Safety cases.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering from a relevant area or similar highly qualified documented engineering experience.
  • •A few years of experience in hydraulic system design.
  • •Knowledge of product application and familiarity with engineering tools used in the role, such as Teamcenter, 3D CAD, and AutoCAD.
  • •Ability to communicate in both English and Swedish, speaking and writing.
  • •Curious, collaborative, customer-centric, and able to contribute to innovation and technology transitions.
