Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to ESBP partners and business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align to business needs.
  • •Provide operational and analytical support using quantitative and qualitative data for ES programs and initiatives.
  • •Monitor and interpret trends in employee satisfaction, attrition, turnover, and related metrics to inform org health narratives and ES activities.
  • •Lead ES people programs and projects by tracking objectives, timelines, and communications through successful completion.
  • •Partner with leaders and employees to coach and resolve issues; create tools, templates, and resources for scalable service delivery.
