Ensure rider compliance and safe operations by discouraging illegitimate behavior, issuing warnings when needed, and monitoring rider conduct around restaurants and customers. Support riders during emergencies and maintain a strong on-site enforcement presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Discourage illegitimate behavior on and off the field and issue warnings to riders breaking guidelines.
•Evaluate traffic and road-safety concerns by observing problem areas and behaviors and providing inputs.
•Check riders’ use of all Talabat branded gears and flag non-compliant riders for brand consistency.
•Verify rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya, etc.) on the spot as per local laws.
•Assist riders in emergencies and help protect life and property during incidents (accidents, breakdowns, community support).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2–3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator.
•Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance.
•Disciplined, organized, and strongly ethical with the ability to maintain professional standards under stressful situations.
•Good written and verbal communication skills; English and Hindi/Urdu are required, Arabic is a plus.
•Valid driving license and ability to record, report, and analyze data.
