Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe, positive client experience by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery.
  • •Ensure comprehensive patient care and meet set clinical quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Nurse qualification (and Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit such as Perioperative Nursing).
  • •3 years’ Professional Nurse experience in a hospital.
  • •1 year of mentor experience.
  • •Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of nursing processes/procedures, relevant nursing legislation, and infection prevention and control.
