Key Responsibilities

•Organize and prioritize preparation of food items and prep for the shift.
•Prepare food according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper portion size, weight, and presentation.
•Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff during the shift.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
•Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and the walk-in cooler, ensure sanitation/safety compliance, and perform opening and closing duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.18 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations.
•Ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentation.
•Kitchen sanitation and proper sanitation knowledge.
•Ability to inspect food spoilage and ensure proper rotation of food items.
•Skills in use of all kitchen equipment and maintaining pace in a high-volume kitchen.
