Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, validate, and document authorization concepts including governance, approval flows, and audit alignment.
  • •Drive application/entitlement/account onboarding end-to-end, including requirements, onboarding design, and execution support.
  • •Design and stabilize reconciliation processes for accounts and entitlements with data quality and audit readiness.
  • •Create stable and auditable reconciliation controls and reporting approaches.
  • •Provide guidance for IAM products (One Identity Manager), including configuration and handover documentation, and support Nexis integration usage.

  • •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably Engineering or Computer Science).
  • •8–10 years of experience in IAM, including experience leading IAM initiatives.
  • •Extensive experience designing and delivering IAM projects in regulated environments.
  • •Strong expertise in authorization concepts; application/entitlement/account onboarding; reconciliation (accounts and entitlements).
  • •Strong English skills for written and oral communication; German knowledge is an advantage.
