Vans: Supervisor - West Town Mall

Lead daily operations for a Vans store by coaching associates, modeling selling behaviors, and delivering personalized customer engagement. Partner with store leadership to monitor KPIs, support sales and profit goals, and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation, while supporting stockroom operations, inventory integrity, and loss prevention.
